چکیده
The development of genetic technologies and bioengineering are creating an increasing number genetically engineered microorganisms with new traits for diverse industrial applications such as vaccines, drugs pollutant degraders. However, the destiny bacterial spores released into environment long-life organisms has remained a big environmental challenge. In this study, environmentally responsible sustainable gene technology solution based on concept thymine starvation is successfully applied cloning expression Helicobacter pylori antigen Bacillus subtilis spore surface. As example, recombinant strain A1.13 been created from fusion corresponding N-terminal fragment coat protein CotB in B. entire urease subunit A (UreA) H. showed high stability surface expression. outcomes can open door developing highly safe vectored vaccines against kind pathogen contributing to reduced potential risks environment.

Diagnostic Accuracy of Polyclonal Stool Antigen for Detection of Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Children
Introduction: Helicobacter pylori infection has various clinical features. One of the most common presentations of this infection is upper abdominal pain. Complications such as gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric carcinoma and MALT lymphoma mandate early diagnosis of H.P infection by a low cost and non invasive manner. The aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic role of H.P stool antige...

AIM The premier platinum Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) stool antigen (HpSA) test is an enzyme immunoassay (EIA) that detects an H pylori antigen present in human stools. However, at present there is no uniformity about the cut off level required to consider the test as positive or negative. So we need the cut off level for our local population. The aim of this study was to evaluate the HpSA fo...
متن کاملDetermination of Helicobacter pylori Antigen in Stool Samples and Comparison with Rapid Urease Test in Patients Suspected of Helicobacter Infection
Background and Aims: Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) is the microorganism that infects nearly half of word's population. There are several invasive and non-invasive methods for diagnosis of infection. The main objective of this study was to evaluate antigen of H. Pylori in feces with H. pylori stool antigen (HpSA) test and comparison with rapid urease test (RUT) in the patients suspected to be ...
متن کاملHelicobacter pylori induces CCL20 expression.
CCL20 attracts immature dendritic cells and memory T cells and plays a role on mucosal surfaces in inflammation. However, whether Helicobacter pylori infection induces CCL20 in human gastric epithelial cells remains to be determined. The aim of this study was to analyze the molecular mechanism of H. pylori-induced CCL20 expression. Expression of CCL20 mRNA was assessed by reverse transcription-...
متن کاملVacuolating Cytotoxin of Helicobacter pylori
Vacuolating cytotoxin (VacA) is one of the most important virulence factors of H. pylori (Hp), which isthe only toxic protein that is secreted from Hp cell into the culture supernatant. The effects of VacA oneukaryotic systems is the subject of many previous and on going research studies. Intracellular targetsfor this toxin include: late endosomal and lysosomal compartments, m...
